Classic Trash is dedicated to especially classic games meaning games that have been released before 2000. Besides putting focus on these games general freeware releases are also featured on this site.

While a full download of a game is an important part of featuring a game it will only be done as long as Classic Trash have permissions for distributing the game, if the game has been released as freeware or if the copyright holder no longer exists and it hasn't been possible to find any contact information of the owner.

Classic Trash was created by Thomas Holde (aka. Tox) and was first put online 26. August 1998 and have in the past also had the following site names:
